Will you be able to access my credit card details after my purchase?

We do not store your credit card details on our server. All credit card information is sent directly to our merchant facility and we do not have access to this information.


What other information do you collect and store?

We only collect vital information like your name, contact number, email address and delivery address to help us process and fulfil the order. You can read more at our Privacy Policy


How do I use a promo or discount code?

Upon check out, there will be an area where you can insert the code. Then, press apply to have the discount reflected on your order.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal.


What's next after I've placed my order?

Once you've placed your order, you'll receive an email confirming your order details along with your tax invoice as an attachment. Once your order has been processed, depending on the "Processing Time" of the items, we will then pick, pack and dispatch your items. Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive another email from us with the parcel tracking number.


I did not get any email confirmation and/or tax invoice. What should I do?

First, check your junk or spam folder. If it I’s not there, simply ring Garry on 0409171317 or email to garry@boydandco.com.au to request for one to be re sent to you.


Can I send my orders to a few different addresses?

Each order can only be delivered to one recipient address. If you wish to send multiple items to different addresses, you will have to place separate orders for each address.


How do I cancel or change my order?

You may change details of your order or make a cancellation, as long as the order has not been dispatched. Simply give us a call or send us an email. Our contact details are here (LINK). Once the order is dispatched, you will have to return the items to us based on our return policy.(LINK to returns)


Is it possible to have my gift wrapped?

Sorry, we don’t currently offer gift wrapping.


How are the items delivered to me?

We use Australia Post as our main dispatch method.


How do I track the status of my order?

Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking code. You can track your parcel on the following link: https://auspost.com.au/


When will my order be dispatched?

Order are dispatched within 1-3 business days. Most are dispatched the same business day if ordered before 2.30pm. This does not include the delivery period when the item will reach you. The shipping time starts the day the order is dispatched and not the purchase date.


Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Yes, we deliver to PO Boxes.


Must someone be present to receive my order?

Our delivery method with Australia Post does not require a signature. Therefore, it is not necessary for you or anyone else to be home to receive the parcel. You will normally be left with a pick up card for you to pick up the parcel from your nearest post office if no one was home to receive the parcel.


Do you ship internationally

At this stage, we only deliver to Australian and New Zealand addresses.


Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?

Yes, you can pick up from our Glen Waverley, Victoria warehouse!  Please include in the order notes ‘pick up from warehouse’ or call Garry on 0409171317. You will receive an email or text message advising it is ready for collection between 8am and 4pm Monday to Friday.


I've already placed an order, but I need to change it. Is this possible?

Adding more products to your order, subtracting products from your order or even cancelling your order completely is usually doable, provided your order has not been dispatched.

If you’d like to make any changes to an existing order, the fastest way is to call on 0409171317 or use our live chat service.

Just keep in mind that, when adding products to your order, your order might take longer to process and we might need to charge extra postage.


I was in the middle of placing an order and something happened to my computer! How can I tell if my order went through?
